In the presence of the Jinan delegation, Wei Qing, Vice General Manager of Sinotruk ( Hong Kong ) Limited and Radek Strouhal, Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of Tatra Trucks signed a cooperation framework agreement. Wang Yonghua, Member of the Standing Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and Lin Dongming, Managing Director of Sinotruk ( Hong Kong ) Capital Co., Ltd. attended the signing ceremony.

　　Founded in 1850, Tatra Trucks is an auto factory with a long history in the world. With a truck R&D center and a large vehicle test field, it is capable of casting and forging parts, and manufacturing axles, engines, transmissions and vehicles. Its key products include AWD trucks with special independent suspension and drive technologies for military and civil use. It has exported products to more than 40 countries and achieved a turnover of some 5 billion Czech korunas ( approximately 1.5 billion yuan ) in 2016.

　　The conclusion of the agreement is a major move of Sinotruk ( Hong Kong ) Capital Co., Ltd. to implement the Grand Project on Reconstruction and Development of SINOTRUK. The two sides will further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation in various fields, bring respective advantages into full play, create a new multi-win model for international innovation and cooperation, and seek the new opportunity for Belt and Road development.
